How to: Take-home Grow Bags
- Cut a small nick (~1") in the top corner of the bag, below the seal.
- Deflate and fold the top down over the filter and lay the bag on its side on the fold.
- Wipe the bag surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol and a paper towel.
- Sanitize your knife and make the appropriate cut for your strain.
Lion’s Mane: The slit should be 4-5 inches long with small cuts on the ends to give the lion’s mane more room to grow.
Oyster: The X should be surface level and 3 to 4 inches wide.
- Keep your grow bag in indirect light and mist multiple times per day.
- When the mushrooms have grown to the desired size, harvest them from the block and trim the substrate.
